With 15+ years of experience in sports, entertainment, and music and real estate, Mr. Wiener has worked extensively across partnership marketing, commercial strategy, and brand development and real estate development. Expertise spans across major league sports, global sponsorship deals, and high-profile brand collaborations, working with some of the most recognized teams, athletes, and organizations worldwide.
Prior tenures include in Major League Baseball (San Diego Padres), Wasserman, Innovative Partnerships Group & UCLA Athletics. Mr. Wiener is an active member of the Milken Institute’s Young Leaders Circle and serves as advisor, investor and board member to several sports equity funds & technology companies.

A results-oriented executive with over 15 years of experience across diverse industries, including sports, entertainment, media, and technology, she has a proven track record of negotiating multi-million-dollar deals, driving partnership strategy, streamlining processes and managing complex projects.
Her experience includes roles at prominent organizations such as the Miami HEAT, Verizon, CAA, and Saatchi & Saatchi, where she developed a keen understanding of market trends and consumer behaviors, enabling her to create and implement innovative strategies. A Venezuelan native, Karina is fluent in Spanish and holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Communications from the University of Miami.

With extensive experience in the sports industry across North and South America, he has successfully brokered high-value partnership agreements and managed activation strategies for leading global brands.
Mr. Cano background includes co-founding Meca Sports, a partnership marketing and fan engagementt firm supporting clients across LATAM.
A dual-degree holder, Mr. Cano earned his Master of Science in Sport Administration from the University of Miami and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Colombia. Fluent in Spanish, he brings a unique blend of international experience, creativity, and analytical rigor to every project.

Johan Koch is a creative technologist and senior executive specializing in experiential innovation, digital transformation, and next-generation real estate ecosystems. With more than 15 years of experience, Johan has led large-scale digital, marketing, and technology initiatives across hospitality, sports, and mixed-use development.
Johan previously served as Senior Vice President at Strategic Property Partners — Bill Gates’ private real estate development company — where he oversaw planning, technology infrastructure, branding, and guest experience for a $4B sports-anchored mixed-use district. During his tenure, he delivered the world’s first SmartScore and WiredScore Pre-Certified neighborhood, pioneered a district-wide Unreal Engine digital twin, and launched experiential platforms that set the stage for the Edition, Four Seasons, and JW Marriott hotels.
Following SPP, Johan joined CBRE, where he led enterprise-level digital initiatives and experiential strategy for complex development and placemaking assignments across the company’s global real estate portfolio.
He currently helps lead technology strategy, branding, and experiential development for Miami Freedom Park, a transformative 131-acre mixed-use district anchored by Inter Miami CF’s new stadium. His work spans digital product development, sponsorship technology, immersive media, and integrated destination marketing.
Johan has also been recognized for his thought leadership on immersive technology, AI, and the future of customer engagement, including contributions selected by the Forbes Technology Council. His work sits at the intersection of real estate, technology, and culture — merging immersive tech, placemaking, and brand strategy to create 365-day destinations and community-anchored experiences.

Kelly Bergmann is a finance and operations executive with 15 years of experience spanning M&A due diligence & post acquisition integrations, accounting, IPO preparation and audit, corporate finance, tax and compliance, and operations management, across global entertainment, technology, and creative industries. Kelly brings a rare blend of hands-on precision and strategic insight to every engagement.
Previously, Kelly was selected by Netflix to lead accounting, consolidations, tax, and compliance as the Global Financial Controller at Scanline VFX, Netflix’s largest acquisition of a company at the time. Prior to that, she spent over six years at Netflix, holding progressive roles in M&A Accounting, Corporate Accounting, and Studio Operations Finance, where she helped design and manage financial frameworks supporting global production and strategic expansion. Her earlier experience includes roles at The H Collective, 21st Century Fox, and Deloitte & Touche.
Known for her collaborative leadership style and ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable strategy, Kelly has managed and developed teams of 2–12 professionals and led multiple system implementations across seven countries. She partners closely with founders, creative executives, and investors to build scalable finance infrastructures that align day-to-day operations with long-term growth.
